Jiulongbi Stone Roller is a high-performance conveyor roller that replaces traditional metal rollers with natural Jiulongbi stone. Thanks to its patented double-layer sealing system combining a labyrinth oil seal and a reservoir-type skeleton seal, it delivers long-term stable operation in dusty, corrosive, and heavy-load environments.
Designed for durability and sustainability, the Jiulongbi Stone Roller is manufactured through a fully controlled, zero-waste process. It is environmentally friendly, recyclable, and meets green manufacturing and long service life requirements of modern industrial conveyor systems.

Main Components
1.Bearing
Deep-groove ball bearings made of GCr15 high-carbon chromium bearing steel, meeting P5 precision and C3 clearance standards. Custom-manufactured by Luoyang Bearing, their performance exceeds that of comparable products in the industry.
2.Oil Seals（Inner/Outer Oil Seals）
Nitrile rubber skeleton oil seals (O-rings) with an innovative superimposed flexible oil ring structure, providing double protection and significantly enhancing bearing lubrication reliability.
3.Dust and Sand Protection Cover
Specially designed labyrinth-type sand-proof caps, made from PC and alloy materials, offering high mechanical strength and excellent corrosion resistance. Operating temperature range: –35 °C to 120 °C.
4.Bearing Housings(Rubber-Coated Steel Seat)
One-piece stamped bearing housings made of PC and alloy materials, resistant to acids, alkalis, and oxidation. The structure absorbs installation stress and improves concentricity, coaxiality, and roundness of the roller.
5.Seamless Steel Tube
Manufactured from precision seamless steel tubing, ensuring structural stability and load-bearing capacity.
6.Shaft / Axle
Made of 45# high-precision cold-drawn steel, providing excellent strength and dimensional accuracy.
7.Grease Chamber
000# lithium-based grease, ensuring reliable lubrication under varying operating conditions.
8.Adhesive Bonding Laye
A specially formulated epoxy resin adhesive (proprietary formula) with excellent bonding performance. Its thermal expansion and contraction characteristics closely match those of the steel tube and Jiulongbi stone, ensuring long-term structural integrity.
