What is Jiulongbi Stone Roller
The Jiulongbi Stone Roller utilizes natural Jiulongbi stone to replace traditional metal rolling components. It is manufactured using a patented double-layer sealing technology, which combines a labyrinth-style oil seal with a reservoir-type skeleton seal, ensuring long-term stable operation under harsh working conditions.
The entire production process, including mining, cutting, drilling, pipe insertion and adhesive filling, lathe machining, grinding, and final assembly, achieves zero waste emissions. This makes the product environmentally friendly and fully recyclable, aligning with the “Made in China 2025” green manufacturing and sustainable development strategy.
Main Components
1.Bearing
Deep-groove ball bearings made of GCr15 high-carbon chromium bearing steel, meeting P5 precision and C3 clearance standards. Custom-made by Luoyang Bearing, their performance exceeds that of comparable products in the industry.
2.Oil Seals（Inner/Outer Oil Seals）
Nitrile rubber skeleton oil seals (O-rings) with an innovative superimposed flexible oil ring structure, providing double protection and significantly enhancing bearing lubrication reliability.
3.Dust and Sand Proof Protective Cover
Specially designed labyrinth-type dust- and sand-proof caps, made from PC and alloy materials, offering high mechanical strength and excellent corrosion resistance. Operating temperature range: –35°C to 120°C.
4.Bearing Housings
One-piece stamped bearing housings made of PC and alloy materials, resistant to acids, alkalis, and oxidation. The structure absorbs installation stress and improves concentricity, coaxiality, and roundness of the roller.
5.Seamless Steel Tube
Manufactured from precise seamless steel tubing, ensuring structural stability and load-bearing capacity.
6.Shaft
Made of 45# cold-drawn steel in high-precision, providing excellent strength and dimensional accuracy.
7.Grease Chamber
000# lithium-based grease, ensuring reliable lubrication under varying operating conditions.
8.Adhesive Bonding Layer
A specially formulated epoxy resin adhesive (proprietary formula) with excellent bonding performance. Its thermal expansion and contraction characteristics closely match those of the steel tube and Jiulongbi stone, ensuring long-term structural integrity.
What is Jiulongbi Stone
Jiulongbi stone, also known as Hua’an Jade, is a natural super-hard material and one of China’s Top Ten National Stones. It originates from the Jiulong River basin in Hua’an County, Fujian Province, and was formed approximately 248 million years ago. According to identification by the National Jewelry Association, Jiulongbi stone is classified as calcareous hornfels jade, an opaque gemstone.
Jiulongbi stone has a Mohs hardness of 7.2–7.8 (with diamond rated at 10), providing exceptional hardness and wear resistance. It also exhibits outstanding acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, and high-temperature stability. In addition, the material demonstrates self-lubricating characteristics, low adsorption, excellent bending resistance, high compressive and shear strength, high overall mechanical strength, and very low water absorption.
Tests conducted by authoritative institutions classify its radioactivity as Class A, indicating no restrictions on use. The Jiulongbi stone deposit is abundant, with proven reserves of approximately 170 million cubic meters, highlighting its strong supply security and significant market potential.
